**Job Overview:**
As a Disaster Resilience Field Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in executing projects on time and within budget, adhering to PWJ-Kenya standards. You'll collaborate closely with partners and government bodies to ensure effective intervention delivery.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct needs assessments and manage logistics for dignity kits.
- Identify and document project beneficiaries, ensuring thorough monitoring.
- Build capacity among community groups and emergency responders.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue and resource arrangements.
- Monitor project activities in the field and engage stakeholders proactively.
- Maintain accurate project records to ensure resource accountability.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum O'Level Certificate; Diploma in relevant fields preferred.
- 1 year of experience in humanitarian or development projects.
- Strong facilitation and community engagement skills.
- Proficient in report writing and digital literacy.
- Experience collaborating with partners and government officials preferred.

**Additional Skills:**
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to PWJ-Kenya’s mission and values.
