We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
Develop and execute lead generation and conversion strategies
Manage and optimize paid ads for performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Create or coordinate content for social media and ads
Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear reports
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Manage social media accounts and engagement strategies
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve business goals
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years proven experience in digital marketing
Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
Solid understanding of funnels, targeting, retargeting, and conversions
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Ability to write or guide effective ad copy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be fluent in French and English
Nice-to-Have (Bonus)
Experience working with startups or agencies
Knowledge of email marketing and automation
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Basic knowledge of building websites
Experience marketing mobile apps or tech products
